Larry St. Pierre
Board Member
Larry St. Pierre brings over 40 years of diverse experience and expertise. His career history spans a broad range of employment, including military service for 20 years as US Naval Officer, management, teaching, human resources, recruiting for 20 years in Greater Seattle Area and career consulting.

Larry says his life and work can be summed up in one important word “Service”, as shown by his employment above as well as Peace Corps Volunteer in Marshall Islands in Micronesia and Job Corps Placement Officer in Washington State.

During his retirement Larry has remained very active and involved in service as volunteer, board member, photographer and philanthropist with organizations in US and Africa. His volunteer efforts include USO and Pongo Poetry Project. His board and advisory work include Nature Photography Foundation, Kathy Rall Foundation, and Pathways to Hope Africa, Gold Star Families of Washington State and Seattle Navy League.

Larry also brings global view, understanding and prospective of the world and its cultures, geography and challenges from his travels to all seven continents and numerous countries, including remote locations such as Antarctica and Arctic regions.

Larry St. Pierre earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Central Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from City University. He also holds certifications as an Education and Training Management Specialist and as a Manpower and Personnel Management Specialist from US Navy.

Craig Dougherty
Board Member
Craig Dougherty is a lifelong servant leader whose career spans military service, veteran advocacy, aerospace engineering, and community coaching. A U.S. Army veteran (1972–1979), he served as a Combat Military Policeman, Combat Infantryman, and deployed to Korea before continuing his service in the Washington Army National Guard with the 1/161st Infantry, 81st Brigade.
Craig has held nearly every major leadership role within the Veterans of Foreign Wars, including State Surgeon, State Judge Advocate, State Junior Vice Commander, Senior Vice Commander, and State Commander for the Department of Washington. He is a multi‑term All‑American Commander for both VFW Post 6785 in Kent and VFW District 11, and served four terms as District Chairman for Legislative District 33.
Professionally, Craig spent more than 39 years with Boeing Commercial Airplanes as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Technical Specialist. He also dedicated 25 years to coaching at Kentridge High School, shaping student‑athletes through football and track and field.
A graduate of Oak Harbor High School, Washington State University (Criminal Justice, Sociology), and George Washington University (Project Management), Craig brings deep experience, integrity, and unwavering commitment to supporting veterans and their families.

Mike Flood
Seattle Seahawks Vice President for Outreach & External Relations
Mike joined the Seattle Seahawks in 1997. Previously he served as a pilot in the United States Coast Guard flying C130s, Dassault Falcon jets, and H60 Jayhawk helicopters. He retired as a Commander in 1996 after 20 years in the service. In his Community role with the Seahawks, Mike works with dozens of Veteran service organizations.
